On arrival for MOT I was fairly asked "When was last service?" but my response (~12 month), not outrageous imo, was met with a dramatic sharp inhale. Felt more like staging for later work/service upsell. Overall harsh but fair? MOT with headline finding: - Dangerous fault (Do Not Drive) rear seatbelt buckles obscured by the seat cushion. An oversight on my part but while I took 10 seconds to fix this myself it was enough for me to decide to address the remaining issues & retest elsewhere...

booked on friday for the next day arrived saturday noon and picked up the car after the service around 2:30. Cheaper than many of the local competitors so happy all round!

I have never received any communication from the garage and when I called to confirm the appointment, nobody answered or called back! I had to book an appointment on a different day with a different garage
