The service was very prompt. I had only booked for MOT. I was given a slot which was kept. Time taken for MOT was an hour as suggested before the start of the process. One point I would like to point out is that there was not communication from the garage prior to the appointment date especially re the appointment time. I would have wasted my time if I had not called them beforehand. I hope this can be improved in future.
