Brought a van for MOT. Failed on Tyres and Brake pads. Fare enough. And on top of that as major fault was "Head lights level adjustment inoperative". My van never had that feature from the factory. And of course they gave me a quote for all repairs plus more extras as brake discs and so on at crazy amount of money. I'd stay away from that...

Dear Sir, we are sorry that you are not happy with our services. I have personally taken a look at your mot and the quotation supplied. Regarding the headlight levelling device failure. If there is a device on the vehicle and it is not working then it will fail. If you disagree with the mot decision, there are complaint procedures that I can give you to speak to VOSA. You were quoted brake discs as well as pads (although only pads failed) as your pads were dangerously low and would most likely have affected the discs. You were quoted worse case senario in that instance. We also quoted for a budget tyre. If you wish to discuss further, please contact me - Mr S Noakes Workshop Manager.
