Took my car to The Factory, the service was 10 out of 10, everyone looked after me and helped get my car sorted within 24hrs, my engine had water damage, my car was towed in, next morning they rung me to tell me what was going on, mid day had a follow up call to tell me what was happening. By 5pm they called me to tell me my car was ready, I would highly recommend Sam the owner and Lee. Thanks guys so much for helping me.

Lifesavers! Sam answered my SOS call after 6pm on a Saturday - my car was at the garage within an hour, diagnosed the next day and back on my driveway by Monday. I was about to begin a contract that required me to commute by car 6 days a week - if Sam hadn't analysed the problem so quickly and efficiently, I would have been dealing with a lot of added expense and complications. He even offered me a courtesy car if he couldn't get it fixed in time for the start of the job. Sam, thank you so mu
