I arrived at 10:23am for 11am but by 12:20 the car still hadn’t been through MOT and no communication with me as to why. I was assured I would get an update by 1pm but didn’t. Had to wait another 45 mins waiting for MOT. After raising the issue twice, manager begrudging gave just a £5 discount for the cost only for card machines to fail eventually left the garage at 1:30pm - more than 3 hours after I left my car with them. Would not use again however receptionist was lovely.
