Booked MOT 4 days in advance. The only correspondence I received was from bookmygarage.com so I telephoned garage multiple times, left voicemail, emailed them and got no response. As bookmygarage.com emailed to say my booking was confirmed we showed up at 9am when the garage was suppose to open. No one was there, it was all locked up. Other customers turned up but still no show. We gave up and went elsewhere. I still haven't been contacted. An apology would of been appreciated.

Went to sort my A/C out on my wife’s Citroen DS3. The mechanic was very helpful, quickly diagnosed there was no refrigerant left and was helpful enough to tell me approximately how much it would cost . I decided not to go ahead due to time and that the MOT was due and wanted to combine all possible repair costs together. The mechanic wouldn’t take any monies for his time. Will return when I am able.
