I booked a Major Service and MOT together so issues could be fixed first for a smooth MOT pass, including a previous advisory, engine noise, rear bulb and a door adjustment listed in their checks. Instead, the MOT failed for a fault the service should have caught. The advisory wasn’t fixed, the door issue ignored, and no service report given. I paid £544.94—almost dealership prices—for poor communication and incomplete work.
