Loan car was a great option especially as not local to Ilkeston for work or home. Kept in overnight but not an issue as everything was communicated. So long as we can work our timings in getting the cars there it is likely to become our go-to garage. I'd give 5 on vfm if I'd had chance to shop around to compare but certainly didn't feel it was any less than a 4.

Right from the start of booking online for a service and MOT the garage were accommodating to my personal situation. My car was collected from address at stated time, I was kept informed throughout the day and car returned when said.

My car was in for an MOT, I only really came into contact with the receptionist but she was friendly and helpful, the MOT was well priced and my car passed so was obviously pleased! :)
