Since February, we've introduced a new, more transparent and convenient system designed to improve the customer experience. Since its launch, more than 2,500 customers have successfully used it. While the vast majority of experiences have been positive, we recognise that a small percentage of customers have encountered issues like the ones you've described. We're actively working to iron out these problems, including improving our email links and communication channels.
