So easy, just book online, you can change dates no problem. Not keen on the automated ai call centre(,Emily) but someone always call back quickly.

I can't fault the mechanics but the admin lets them down immensely. Emily the AI doesn't work.They must be losing business because it doesn't pass on messages. When I did finally get to speak to a person and only after the work was done (an older woman) there was a severe Lack of customer care. I had 4 messages about the wrong site 3 wks after I booked! All received at 4am on the day my car was in. So different to my previous experience. Communication is letting the people doing a good job down.

Excellent service and MOT. Online booking is easy, with clear pricing and time slots, and out-of-hours drop-off via AutoPoint Lockers is very convenient. Staff are great, the workshop is clean, and online payment is seamless. Only drawback: delays in vehicle release after payment; improving this would make an excellent service perfect.
