Asked to bring a car for MOT at 8.30 am but it got done only at 4.30 pm. Whats the point of brining car so early..?

Told customer we were open from 8.30. This does not guarantee an early spot as many people book a year in advance and cars are motd in order of booking. I can only apologise but no promises were made on times.
