I do not see the point of asking if I required AM or PM appointment, only to wait all day to get my car back. The only extra work required was front brake pads. I was not contacted until gone 3pm to gain permission. I queried if a problem had accrued whilst in for service & MOT only to told, no problems but we don't "arrange times for cars to enter workshop" So why have AM & PM time slots available when booking? I dropped the car off at 8.50 that morning.
