First time user of Auto West London Wandsworth. Hassle free and friendly. Early days to know for sure about quality of work but looking good.

The day after the service, a low coolant warning appeared, suggesting the coolant level had not even been checked or topped up. That made me rush to check the windscreen washer reservoir, and it was completely empty as expected, another basic item that should have been inspected during a full service and clearly was not. I had a very simple request from them and that was a list of what was carried out and why coolant level is low. I have been ignored completely for 2 weeks.

Booked my car in here for MOT as they are close in proximity to work. Absolutely brilliant service, efficient, communication was great, updated me once my car was ready to collect and spoke about my recommendations in detail. Will definitely be using them for repairs.
