Hi Sophie I am sorry to hear that you have been unable to contact us in regards to your booking request. Unfortunately due to unforeseen & urgent circumstances our office has been closed from Friday 28th to Tuesday 8th this also coincided with technician annual leave. Since my return I have been working hard to contact the unprecedented amount of calls, voicemails & emails received in my absence but as I am still not back to full working hours this is still ongoing. I pride myself on replying to everyone as quickly as possible under normal working conditions & I am sure you can appreciate its not in our best interest to not answer the phone. This does highlight the importance of receiving booking confirmation from us when booking through the Book My Garage platform & when you emailed on the Wednesday. Once again I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
