I booked through Book My Garage, with this MOT centre about two weeks ago. I heard nothing from them besides the website's booking confirmation email. When I turned up for my booking, the staff told me they no longer had anyone qualified to perform MOTs. The staff suggested I go to another garage, which luckily could fit me in that day. However, the price was significantly more and because it was so last minute, I had to leave the car with them for the day.
