I booked a Service on behalf of my Son on'Book My Garage'. Nothing mentioned when I called to confirm drop off time, nothing mentioned when my Husband dropped the car off. When my Son went to pick up his car, the owner decided to berate him for booking via 'Book My Garage' and belittle him in front of other customers. And threatened that if he booked through them again, the garage would either pass on the cost or cancel the job. Well...no need, because you will not be getting our business again!
