Good Morning Mark, sorry to here with your bad review, I have been and spoken to both the mot tester and the service tech as they was completed by different technicians. They both confirm that the level was checked and also the inspection sheet confirm this too, can only apologies for this and look at it going forward. But we completed the job on 16/07 - and the review is left on 06/08. we would have been more than happy to put it right if we would have know and apologies for the inconvenience it may have caused. Could i also understand what was wrong with the communication on the job as we seem to be below on all areas not just the falling short of expectation on the service check, is there anything else we can improve on to help with future customer expectations. thank you Anderson Commercials
