Ancaster Penge

There's no booking confirmation from Ancaster Penge.

I booked a regular car service via Book My Garage for £199. My car was absolutely fine and needed no repairs. I went in to drop the keys and signed their service agreement, their small print had almost doubled in price from my billing agreement. I got a real shock when I was handed the bill after the service. They accepted my booking at £199 and then charged me £349. They didn’t point out it was a higher price than what I’d booked for. Avoid at all costs.

Left me holding for 10 minutes then cut me off. Technician was supposed to call back in 10 minutes with an ETA FOR picking up my vehicle, no call, no show and I took a day off. For this service Still shocked and stressed at this level of incompetence and my car has still not been MOT OR serviced with no contact from Ancaster.Absolutely would NOT recommend.
