I have used Allcars for years now, they have looked after my Suzuki Vitara, my Wife’s Toyota Granvia and our Daughters car too. Had to book an MOT and at the same time wanted an interim service and an issue with a slow tyre pressure leak investigated. Had a call back with the minor MOT issue and agreed for the extra work. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and the annoying tyre pressure leak was investigated and solved quickly. Really happy and will return for any future issues.

As a blonde woman, I fear being taken advantage of due to my lack of car knowledge. For 5 years, my car has had no issues, passing every MOT without trouble. However, after taking it to this garage, they claimed my car had major defects, estimating repairs at nearly £1,000. In disbelief, I got a second opinion elsewhere, and was told the car was in much better condition, with no serious issues. If you want to avoid being misled and overcharged, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this garage.

hello we are sorry you feel this way about the service we provided, however we stand by the MOT that was issued as most of the failure were advised last year, we also understand that your rear lights and reflectors may of pasted Previous MOT however they do reduce the lighting on the vehicle therefore we failed them. We are sorry you feel mislead on your vehicle but we are confident your MOT was carried out correctly to minister guide lines.
