Just had an MOT test on my 3 year old Toyota. They phoned within 15 minutes of me making the appointment to confirm the details of the test which was scheduled for the week after. Dropped the car off at 8:15am, walked home and they called within 2 hours to tell me that the car was ready to collect and there were no problems. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and, added bonus, there was a big discount on the cost of the MOT.
