I had a very unpleasant experience with them. They charged me £337 for a full service and MOT, and at the end I asked for a detailed invoice listing everything they had checked, replaced, and done for that money. The employee was very rude and spoke arrogantly. She said that everything they did was already on the invoice, but the invoice only listed five items (I should mention that their website says they are supposed to check/replace around 40 items). She gave me a Word document with some ran

Hello, thank you for your review, we are sorry that you wasn't happy with our service, Due to how much work is carried out on a full service we do not list every single item that is checked, as our invoices would be over a couple of pages, so we have minimized the wording, when you collected your vehicle you was rude to my staff you said we didn't carry out the service on your vehicle and asked why a brake fluid change wasn't carried out as part of the service (this is an additional cost as my staff explained), the mechanic who carried out the service on your vehicle was in the office and he told you everything that he done and you wasn't satisfied, you wanted everything listed and that is what she done, unfortunately we can't amended invoices once we have printed them, that is why she typed it on word for you. As you can see we have a 4.89 star rating and lots of happy customers, i'm sorry you feel my staff was rude to you. Kind regards Albert Road Service Station Ltd
