Kept getting told different times for when my MOT was going to happen, firstly it was 1pm, so I waited around for 2 hours then I tried calling 3 times before receiving an answer that it won’t be ready until the morning but it will be done first thing. Then the next day I did not receive my car until 4:30pm. It is a shame because the staff were lovely but communication was difficult, they were hard to reach and times kept changing, I was without my car for 27 hours instead of just an hour.

Needed a garage ASAP. Searched on line for a garage that can do the job needed. Very helpful on the phone. Date and time given to drop car off. Estimated price given before commencement of job. Numerous calls and texts given in view of progress. Really appreciated. They went above and beyond to get the car back as we needed it urgently. Dropped it back too. Thanks Guys ! We really appreciated it. In view of this excellent service booked another job straight in with them for another car.
