Turned up to my appointment to find no parking spaces on site, even though I arrived at 8.30am. Staff member was unaware of my appointment and was unable to assist. Was told I would get contacted later in the day to book me in again but found out this garage does not complete mots themselves and use another garage, which they drive your car too. Even if they rang to re book I wouldn't have returned. Have found an alternative garage, who booked me in, cheaper, offer free winter checks and fluids

I booked a service and MOT late in the morning and the staff got me booked in midday and did everything super fast and efficient. Was also the cheapest on bookmygarage. Highly recommend and will be doing all my services and MOTs with AJ going forward.
