We contacted you numerous times prior to your booking to confirm details and arrange drop-off times. Unfortunately, we did not receive a reply to several of those messages, which made it difficult to coordinate the appointment smoothly. When communication was eventually re-established, you requested a discount on the original quote. We agreed to reduce the cost as a gesture of goodwill due to your feelings of being in a stressful situation. Following this, you requested an additional discount again, which we politely explained was not possible. The vehicle was stored inside our secure yard overnight from when we closed.
