Dear Les, Your review is inaccurate and misleading, which is why I have now cancelled the booking. Your booking request was received on Monday 13th July at 3:33pm. I replied the same day at 5:05pm, advising we were not in your area until Tuesday 21st July and offering that date. You confirmed the following morning at 7:55am stating “The 21st is fine thanks.” which we took as confirmation of booking. The review you left on 20th July claiming we “haven’t arrived yet” and that you were still “waiting for them to give me a date” is therefore incorrect. The appointment had been confirmed in writing for tomorrow. I responded to your booking on the same working day within 90 minutes. Like most businesses, I do not reply to enquiries at weekends. Expecting an instant response outside normal working hours is unreasonable. I have cancelled the booking with immediate effect.
