We’re sorry to see that you were unhappy with your experience and would like to clarify a few points for accuracy. When your vehicle arrived, it was already leaking oil from the timing cover area. This is a known issue on many 2.0L Ingenium engines and was clearly pointed out to you by our technicians during the inspection. At that time, we also explained that there were underlying engine issues and that a simple oil service would not resolve the existing oil leak. Despite this advice, you asked us to proceed with an oil and filter replacement only. We carried out the work exactly as requested. The oil filter was installed correctly and the service completed as instructed We always aim to be transparent with our customers and make sure they understand the condition of their vehicle before any work is undertaken. In this case, we did our best to explain the existing problem and the limitations of the service you requested.
