Hi Catherine, Apologies for the mix up with your service. We would like to clarify a couple of points. Your booking with BMG was transferred to our booking system for the date you requested. Although you requested C&D in the notes box, you should have selected this during the booking stage as it is chargable. Also, we attempted to contact you on the 10th of October at 10.04 and 10.49 to discuss your booking and the collection and delivery. On both occasions, the calls were not answered and you didn't call back. We could have followed up again, however, we are very busy and sometimes follow calls get overlooked. Apologies again and perhaps we will see you next year. Best wishes AA Autocentre
