Good morning,we would like to address this as we feel we have been mis-represented in this review- when you dropped your vehicle off we were not aware this was booked under book my garage- this is due to when you rescheduled your booking, the book my garage integration did not inform our system on your new booking date, as a result we were unaware this was booked through the system, as a result of this we had no idea this was a book my garage booking. when you collected the vehicle you did not mention this to anyone when you received your invoice etc- had you done so we would have looked into this and rectified the costing to match the book my garage discounted price- as you had not done so you were charged our full retail price. you were also charged for your MOT failures as your mot failed which you were made aware of via phone call and agreed for us to proceed.
