Hello piotr. There was a text messege sent that the tech was on route at 8am with an exact eta of 9am. The tech was knocking at the door for 5 mins and there was no answer.(you will see this on your ring doorbell). Your car was at home but unfortunatly the tech had no signal at the address to try and call you. So he had no option but to head back to base. He sent the messege right as he left with a photo of the car on the drive proving he was at the correct address. but obviously the messege did not send right away. As the messege stated if you would like to re book another time please let us know. Regards Mike 114 vehicle services
