I was told my car would be washed and hoovered. The wash was not a high standard, my windscreen had only been washed on one side, my wing mirror on drivers side had not been washed at all, on roof of car parts not cleaned. The rear seat was not hoovered still had sand on, on the floor there was still debris so clearly this was done slap dash
