“AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!”

Dropped the car off at address specified, service was at 9.30am, the car was taken to another location offsite, was told the MOT was booked for 12pm and car would be ready by 1pm so went at 1pm to collect as it as supposed to be ready MOT was not done and was told to go back home, I queried where my car was located and was fobbed off with an excuse its offsite at another location. 4pm and still my car MOT was not done, Absolute shambles of a company!!! AVOID!!! PAY EXTRA AND WAIT FOR YOUR CAR!!

Very disappointed in this review ! Considering the owner of the garage contacted the wife and not the husband who made the booking to explain that due to unforeseen circumstances with the ramp which is an integral part of the MOT testing process safety was paramount, therefore at a cost to the garage we moved the test to a neighbouring garage to ensure the test was done same day, we informed the husband of this and was met with a call from the wife threatening us with council action !, explained she suffered with mental health issues so we pulled out all stops to ensure empathy and understanding was met, the owner ever offered the wife time to calm down, collect her thoughts and contact us again to see how we can restore her faith, she didnt do that and now nearly 3 weeks after the event feels the need to try and berate a small independent business that lost money on a booking to ensure everything was met !... Never mind, I hope your feeling better and we dont take this personally
