I had book my car service and MOT via book my garage and the date has passed but I am still waiting for the MOT and service to be done. Never had any service like this from any other garage before. I tried calling the garage few time but no positive response and book my garage is also not being helpful as they all blame each other. How typical. I would recommend go to any garage but never go to book my garage again.

As per my previous email whihc I complained Evans Halshaw Hyundai Leicester (Secret Service) never accepted the booking via yuor self as they say they have nothing to do with you and cvan not see the booking . Lucklyu i range direct few dfays before and had to book direct with them so not sure what is going on here ? They charged me full wewhaks of thier price of £256.00 !!!!!

I sincerely apologise that your experience did not meet your expectations on this occasion. To clarify, many of the garages we work with do not have a booking system directly integrated with ours. However, every booking is emailed to the garage immediately, and it is their responsibility to confirm the specific details with you within 4 hours. (As outlined in the Book My Garage email, the booking is not fully confirmed until that point.) In this instance, the garage was notified of your booking on 28th February at 11.42am, however, to this day they have not opened the email. We also sent a reminder on 3rd March at 12.31pm but this too has never been opened. We will conduct an investigation to ensure this does not happen again.

Dropping the vehicle off was very easy, using the auto-lockers. The staff kept us updated with the progress of the requested works and of anything else that was required.
