Dropping the vehicle off was very easy, using the auto-lockers. The staff kept us updated with the progress of the requested works and of anything else that was required.

I was not happy booked for car to be picked up. No-one arrived so I rang service desk they had cancelled my booking as they could not offer the pick up service. I was told they tried to ring me, I asked how many times it was only ONCE as I am a nurse I am unable to answer my phone and a message to call back was not left. I had booked this day because it was my day off and the MOT expired that day.

A message was left by our Aftersales Team to ask you to contact us; particularly as our Collection and Delivery service was fully booked for 03rd September.
