Unfortunately, they did not carry out most of the inspection that go with a major service. The full tick list was ignored and was given a generic response saying all looks good with car with no evidence or recordings off the work carried out or inspections carried out. Owner then just said I know my staffs work and they must have done all the checks. Receipt was not processed properly with details being roughly filled in by hand, no VAT details etc. Very unprofessional. Don't skimp out with them

With regard to the service ticklist, this is an internal document we use to ensure our mechanics carry out every step of the service thoroughly. It's not usually shared with customers unless faults are found, in which case we would highlight those specifically. However, once you requested a copy, we were more than happy to provide it for your reference.

“Amazing Service”
While I was waiting, they sorted out the wheel alignment of my car, and I was impressed with their constant updates. Now, my car feels like new again. Additionally, they gave me a price for new tyres when I need to replace them. Great Service!!
