My car was looked at and after quoting £1500+ for some brake work I decided to take elsewhere for the work which was completed for less than half of this. I had car back for 8 minutes and the under-tray fell off into busy road- bloke did come out to reattach and was friendly and helpful so not complaints with him and his colleague. Servyce report had inaccuracies. Later found bonnet lever snapped by engineer who must have yanked bonnet off instead of unclipping. Had to pay for repair. 0 stars

Excellent service and communication. Professional documents like the health report which was thorough and helps inform me on potential future repairs. I failed the MOT at first, changed my tyres at an independent garage and went back after a few days for a free reMOT. I can rest assured that my car is sat to drive for the next year. Kudos to Paul Barry who looked after me during my time there.
