Prime Auto Bristol literally saved the day. I walked in desperate, and they completely sorted two major MOT fails on the exact same morning. They fixed the door without even needing to rip me off for new parts, and swapped out the windscreen washer pump. All done with a smile and zero fuss. They are absolute saints compared to the big national chains.A couple of hours of labour and two massive van headaches sorted for under £150. Real mechanics, zero corporate nonsense, and actual human decency.

Clear communication throughout, and my car was fixed within no time. There were no surprise costs and I’m very impressed with the outcome of my car.
