Always a worry finding new places to take the car for work or in this case the MOT. Needed to be put through quickly as heading abroad and booking online was easy and followed up by a confirmation text. I had to change the appointment by a day, confirmed again by text plus followed up with a courtesy call. Reception was welcoming on arrival and again on collection. All in all a huge relief to find an honest garage which I would certainly recommend and use again.

Booked New Chapel garage due to leave cation and availability of an MOT I desperately needed. Easy to deal with, good communication, and no effort to gain any additional work (which I'm always worried about cos I have little knowledge of cars?

Tuesday: Booked in for the Saturday to have exhaust checked as blowing. Thursday: Get an reminder that I have a booking on Saturday. Friday: Garage called to say that they don't do diagnostic work on a Saturday. I have now had to book in the following week with another garage and have to continue to drive the car with the issue. If they had let me know sooner then I could have booked an alterative that weekend.
