Got a quote via Book my Garage from the same dealership for less than half price, booked in, got the service done, no problem, no quibble, no extra work or parts being charged for. Plus I got full detailed documentation from the dealership which I was told is more thorough as it was a ‘book my garage’ job. Great service and easy process with no upfront costs. I paid when the key handed back to me.

I have never taken my car to a main dealer previously for any work however as a driver new to electric cars I took out a service plan…happy with service I received and was even asked if I would like car washed! Very novel video sent to me of MOT being carried out and a thorough wellbeing check of vehicle including prices of any work that needed doing in the future!
