Collected and dropped my car off for an MOT. Communication was great, staff were friendly and it was a no hassle service

Some of the extra services were added when the staff called to confirm the booking. Before the service, they also showed me the price and asked me to check it, but I didn’t realise it was different from the BookMyGarage price list. I only noticed the difference when paying. The staff considered it my responsibility for not checking carefully, which I understand to some extent, but the situation still felt a bit unhelpful. However , the service was completed quickly and done quite well.
