The only issue for me was trying to find somewhere to park! This garage is well aware of that issue and where extremely helpful in locating my car where I had parked it without me having to show them where I parked. Professional, efficient and polite service. Could not have asked for more. They are clearly experienced in providing a quality service as I was in and out in about an hour. Well done Glyn Hopkin!

I left the car in the morning and despite the fact that I was promised to have a call about car collection time,- it never happened. Once I received the info (from different company) that my car passed an MOT, I tried to contact Nissan but noone was picking up the phone for over 2 hours. Good technical service- I believe, but due to customer service I would not recommend, sorry.

I will deal with the review if you message me again after 4 June when car is rebooked, with a courtesy car. Thanks to Ryan for ringing the day before the service to check I was still bringing the car in when it was realised that no courtesy car was available.
