Generally satisfied with the service, but when I got to reception they had a different price to the one quoted online and had no record of my request to bring the car in early and wait for completion. However once that was sorted the service and MOT was efficient and relatively quick (I opted out of the complimentary car wash) Overall a good experience and you can even watch the car going through the MOT check on a screen in the waiting area.

My car was in for full service & mot I waited all day for a phone call to inform me of my cars progress no call came I went to the garage to collect my car as I assumed no call meant all was OK I was informed when I got there my car had failed the mot so I booked it in for the next day my car also had a recall I also asked for satnav to be updated on collection I was told all work was done checking invoice they charged me for recall and didn't do satnav I've tried calling but phone just ring out
