Called me up 4 days before my appointment for MOT and service to say that they needed to push my booking back due to a machine fault which they had know about the day before. Then on the day of service, they called and said that they didn’t have the air filter in stock and it would be arriving later that afternoon! Why they hadn’t ordered it when I booked it in is beyond me. Asked if I wanted the bill adjusting and just buy my own. Then charged me £22 for 2 bulbs. The invoice shows £3 each!!
