I called to change the date of my MOT. We agreed a new date but I was send a different date by text. I immediately called back and explained the issue only to be put on hold for ages. The guy eventually came back on line and asked what the problem was. He then became very patronising and I cancelled the appointment. I then received reminders of the MOT appointment and now a review. Clueless.
