Book for 5th Feb ,they call saying they was busy so they change for 12th Feb,today get there with appointment for 8.30 ask then if they could do my car as quick they can , they said they could not tell me Finnish time, I only request this as I had to book a flight due a family member pass away, they said you need to rebook and first appointment available is first week of march which is ridiculous when I booked over 2 weeks ago .
