Car accepted early and all work carried out, including a wash and valet.
I had no confirmation book had gone through, rang the the central booking team for the garage, but they didn’t have details from book my garage, they did however note they would call me back shortly… I’m still waiting for that call so have booked elsewhere.

The booking was then opened by the garage at 6:47pm the same evening. Based on this, it appears the garage unfortunately missed the booking, despite everything being processed correctly on our end.
