hi there, we are sorry that u had this type of experience from us,any car we services we do check pre mot check. so as ur vehicle brake pad issue, according to DVSA rules that has to be 1.5mm to fail or above 1.6 mm to advise to replace.if we did not do any of them, it means its road legal. hello adrian. hope you doing well.u paid for a full service and u said that we didn't touch your car.so if u want to see that what we have done your car we can prove you.with all the legit proof of full service and about oil level that still same in your car wich is mazda 3 wich consume 5.1 liter wich has been change so level remain same.and about documents if u don't have an service book how we can stamp. we can provide the proof of the job has been done on your car. you paid for an pre mot and after all your car failed on mot.so there reason behind it so your car was failed on handbrake issue and that we cannot check on pre mot for that your needs to go on brake rollers wich is basically that check is only comes once we log in your car for an mot. coz we cannot predict the score.
