Hi, Thanks for the review. You managed to book a full service and MOT with us for a lot less than our usual price, due to an error with BookMyGarage. This meant we lost money, but we chose to honour the price anyway. You car failed it's MOT on a broken exhaust, which we managed to squeeze in and fix the same day, despite having to tackle heavily corroded studs that needed extracting and replacing. You were billed for the time it took, plus cost of parts. You could have taken it elsewhere for repair. You were told about all prices up front. You cost us an hour of the vehicle being stuck on the ramp (which you weren't charged for) waiting for your authority to do the work. You also were not charged for us looking at your water in headlights issue. Thanks CCS

The pricing for your booking was set in agreement with CCS Salisbury and their account manager, and we have since made several attempts to contact CCS to ensure that their advertised profile accurately reflects their preferences—unfortunately, we have not been able to reach them and this may be why there has been an issue. Pricing adjustments are within our garages control via the self-service portal we provide, so it would not be accurate to attribute this issue to BookMyGarage.
