“Poor customer care”

Arrived for booked service and MOT to be told they had nobody on site to complete the work and that it shouldn’t have allowed the booking. No communication with me and staff seemed very unbothered and unhelpful

“Improvements needed”

The actual garage experience was fine - efficient, thorough, reasonably priced. The problem I had was with communication in the process of booking the appointment. There was no way to contact the Bolton garage directly. The number provided in the confirmation email put me through to Southampton which asked questions about new car finance and cut me off when I didn’t answer. Eventually, I received a text message thanking me for my interest in a new car. A lot of wasted time. Needs attention.

I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE TELEPHONE COMPANY REGARDING THIS ISSUE FOR THE LAST 7 WEEKS STILL NOT GETTING ANYWHERE WITH THAT. I DO EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF THE BOOKING TO THE CUSTOMER AND GENERALLY USE MY PERSONAL MOBILE PHONE TO UPDATE CUSTOMERS. THANK YOU BARRY VENNARD
