I have apologised to the customer regarding my mistake as it was a lack of product knowledge on my behalf and now I have got the tools that I can go forward with future bookings. We are also refunding Mr Doyle £135.00 as requested, I did mention I was new to this role and came from a Parts Background. I now understand how the system works and assure people it was a one off mistake. Again to Mr Doyle I apologise.
