I had a wrost experience from the center.They don’t no how to deal with customer.I paid for the service ,but they treated like free service.and also when I booked for service they told that they will do wash the car as a complimentary but they didn’t do that.I really not recommend it.

I had a full service and MOT at Bristol Street Motors and can't fault them. My car was easy to check in using the self service kiosk and I was phoned when it was ready to collect. Payment was efficient and the assistant was friendly and helpful.
