Booked a FULL SERVICE using book my garage however when car was brought to the garage they told me that this was not a full service and only did an oil and filter change and a 40 point check which they usually offer for free to Volvo customers. They stated that book my garage know that the company does not offer a full service and it’s usually a lot more. Honestly felt deceived as what I booked I did not get and I had no printed evidence given for the service received only an email.

Good customer service, good price and great communication.
Got to the Garage they said they would not stamp my service book because it's through book my garage they would not use Volvo oil or air filters even though they are a Volvo main dealer there would be no cabin filter in the service even though it was a major service also no updates for my vehicle not happy I had my key back and went did not have the major service there attitude stunk I felt like I had done something wrong because I booked through bookmygarage instead of going straight to Volvo
