Hi Steve, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you feel disappointed following your recent visit. Unfortunately, as the air conditioning system was not holding gas, we first needed to diagnose the fault before any repairs could be carried out. Due to the time required for this diagnosis, we were unable to complete it on the day of your appointment and therefore requested to keep the vehicle. We made space in our workshop the following day to carry out the inspection. We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
