When you booked your vehicle in, we acknowledge that notes were added regarding the parking brake and light bulbs. Unfortunately, due to an internal oversight, these points were not addressed before the MOT was carried out, which resulted in the failure. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we are reviewing our booking and communication process to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the complimentary (free) wash and vacuum, I can confirm this was completed and is an industry leading standard for complimentary wash & vacuum provided to all customers.
