Your initial message was sent to our Facebook page just before a bank holiday weekend. We are an active workshop and do not monitor Facebook continuously, which is why there was a delay in seeing it. The work carried out was a service and two front tyres. Our equipment does not make contact with the outer face of the alloy where the marks in your photos appear. In your photos the wheels are dirty, still have tyre soap on them, and already show cracking and flaking paint from a previous finish. We also offered to inspect the wheels in person to provide a clear assessment, but no reply was received. As we have not been able to examine the vehicle and no further information has been provided, this matter is now closed. For future work, we recommend ensuring wheels are clean beforehand so any pre‑existing cosmetic issues can be identified accurately
