“Appalling service”

After booking a minor repair and receiving a confirmation saying they'd contact me, they failed to do so, I then contacted them to be told they knew nothing of the appointment, the lady I spoke with didn't take responsibility which implies I was somehow to blame, I was then offered an appointment nine days later, unacceptable to me, her voice rose in volume and she became quite rude, I for one want nothing further to do with this incompetent company.

I am sorry you did not have a good experience, looking into this further we have found that unfortunately the claim email was blocked by our IT firewall we were only aware of this claim when we received contact from yourself, the person who answered the call was not aware that there had been any issues in receiving notifications and this was the first that we knew of it. The technician who would carry out the work on your car was at this time fully booked hence the offer of a booking 9 days later, due to the nature of the work required we would need your car on site for a full working day and this was the next availability we had to do this I am sorry that this did not meet your expectations.

“Stone Chips repair”

Booked in over the bank holiday for Wednesday but as I was in Leeds Tuesday I called in for them to check it could be done in the time frame I booked. The staff were all really friendly came out to inspect my car with out a wait. The painter was summoned from within for his expert opinion. They asked me if I wanted it done while I waited I even though it was booked for next I had complimentary drinks waiting within 45 mins of arrival i was on my way cost less than quoted I was very happy thanks
